Koh Chang
Koh Chang is the second largest island in the Gulf
of Thailand after Phuket. It is close to the Cambodian border in Trat province,
approximately 300 km southeast from Bangkok. In 1982 Koh Chang and 46 other
smaller islands were designated to the 650 square kilometre
Mu Ko Chang National Park. Koh Chang extends over almost 30 kilometres in
length and approximately 17 kilometres in width.
